PATNA, India, April 11 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 26:
Repeatedly the matter is adjourned at the behest of the appellant.
2. Today also, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Advocate-on-record for the appellant seeks time.
3. Relist this matter on 09.04.2025, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3000/-. The cost shall be paid to the respondent-Smt. Anupama Singh before the next date of hearing.
