Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. Call for clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary from the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. case No. 56 of 2024.
3. The matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 18.03.2025, whichever is earlier.
