PATNA, India, March 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Heard Ms. Soni Shrivastava, learned counsel for the appellant assisted by Ms. Aditi Sharma and Mr. Sujit Kumar Singh, learned APP for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Call for the Trial Court Records of Sessions Trial No.197 of 2023, arising out of L.N.M.U P.S. Case No.324 of 2021 from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Darbhanga.
4. Prayer for bail will be considered after receipt of the Trial Court Records.
5. If the State wants to file written objection, the same may be filed before the next date of hearing.
6. Re-notify this matter on 16th of April, 2025.
