PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Bihar.
2. Call for clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary along with injury report, if any, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 from the Court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur.
3. Let the matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 18-03-2025, whichever is earlier.
