PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Feb. 25:
The petitioner has invoked the constitutional writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution for following relief:
"1(i) To quash the FIR of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2022 (Arising out of Complaint No. 58/2022), registered in terms of Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, (hereinafter referred to as the code) for the offences under Sections 294, 506, 504, and 153 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1), 3(c), 2(s) (7) (B)(c) of the SC/ST Act and Section 66 of the I.T. Act, against the petitioner, which being pending for investigation."
