2. The petitioners, who are the employees of the District Rural Development Agency, Madhepura (In short 'DRDA'), have approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents to absorb their services in any other Department of the State of Bihar in terms of the resolution issued by the Rural Development Department as contained in Memo No. 6479 dated 27.07.2009.
3. The claim of the petitioner at the outset refuted by the learned Advocate for the DRDA that since the petitioners were admittedly the employees of the Agency, no absorption of the petitioner can be made in the Department of State nor they are entitled to receive the pens...
