Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. The present quashing petition filed with vague prayer that the learned trial court is to be directed to expedite the proceeding of matrimonial case no. 60/2023, which was filed by the petitioner against opposite party no. 2 for restitution of their marriage under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
