Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the land in dispute pertains to Khata No. 274, Khesra No. 1750, Area 0.6 decimals 800 Kadi and Khata No. 274, Khesra No. 1751, Area 0.6 decimals 700 Kadi at Mauza Shyam, district Madhepura (hereinafter referred to as the 'land in dispute'). It is further submitted that the total land pertaining to Khesra No. 1750 and 1751 is 13 decimals.
