Heard the parties.
2. Present petition for quashing preferred against order dated 20.09.2024, arising out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 675 of 2021, dated 16.11.2021, under section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, whereby learned C.J.M. Saran at Chhapra, where learned trial court took cognizance against the petitioners above named for aforementioned offences.
