The aforesaid appeals preferred under Section 374(2) read with Section 389(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "the Cr.P.C.") arise out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 24.6.2017 and 30.6.2017, passed by the learned Court of Fast Track-I, Nalanda (hereafter referred to as "the learned Trial Judge"), in Sessions Trial Case No. 516 of 2010 (arising out of Sarmera P.S.
