Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and I intend to dispose of the present petition at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 16.01.2024 passed by the learned Sub Judge-I, Nawada in Partition Suit No. 74 of 2006 whereby and whereunder the learned trial court rejected the amendment petition dated 27.04.2023 filed by the plaintiffs under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'the Code').
