Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
I. For direction to the respondent concerned to measure the land/house of the petitioner afresh and give compensation on the basis of fresh measurement. II. For direction to the respondent concerned to pay compensation on the basis of rate fixed for the year 2016 in stead of 2012. III. For direction to the respondent concerned to pay compensation of the rest house which has been damaged due to the said acquisition.
