2.The present petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of cognizance order dated 16.11.2022 learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna Sadar in Mahila P.S. Case No. 153 of 2021 by which learned trial court took cognizance for the offence u/s 498 (A), 341, 323, 406, 504 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. and Section 3, 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
