PATNA, India, Oct. 3 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Sept. 3:
1.The Writ petition is filed seeking direction the respondent authorities to pay the admitted outstanding dues to the tune of Rs. 1,37,55,926/- towards the work done in the district of Patna pursuant to the agreement executed by the respondents with the petitioner. Further to direct the respondent authorities to make the payments of arrears of admitted outstanding dues, @ 12% interest from the date of entitlement till the date of payment.
