PATNA, India, May 16 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on May 14:
The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer :
(i) To pay the back wages due arrear salary to the petitioner in the light of order dated 28.1.2016 passed in CWJC No.6066/2013 alongwith other cases have disposed of by a common order as the common point involved in the said cases.
2. On perusal of the prayer made by the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to pay arrear salary in the light of order dated 28.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6066 of 2013.
