The aforesaid appeals preferred under Section 374 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the "CrPC") arise out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 17.12.2015 and 18.12.2015 respectively, passed in Sessions Trial No. 267 of 2014 (arising out of Bagaha P.S.
