In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-
"( ) For release of the vehicle in i favour of the petitioner in which the petitioner is the owner of the said seized four wheeler Scorpio car bearing Registration No. UP30W-4744. The above named four wheeler car has been seized in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.265/2024 due to violation of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition (Amendment) Act 2022.
