Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and I intend to dispose of the present petition at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 12.12.2022 passed by the learned Additional Munsif-VIII, Araria in Title Suit No. 21/2000 whereby and whereunder the learned trial court rejected the petition dated 23.09.2022 filed for recall of the order dated 23.02.2022 by which the evidence of the defendants was closed.
