The present writ petition has been filed for quashing Letter No. 208 dated 13.02.2015, issued by respondent No.4, namely, the District Programme Officer, Darbhanga, in Anganbari Case No. 117/2013-14, as well as the order dated 16.05.2018 passed by respondent No.3, namely, the Collectorcum-District Magistrate, Darbhanga, in Anganbari Case No. 149/2015.
