2. The husband of the petitioner superannuated on 30.09.2012 as 'Meth' from the office of the Executive Engineer, Triveni Canal Division; soon after the retirement, the husband of the petitioner died on 24.12.2012. Despite the aforesaid fact of superannuation and his death, when the petitioner has not been accorded family pension and the arrears thereof, she approached this Court in CWJC No. 14800 of 2022.
