PATNA, India, Feb. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Feb. 21:
The petitioner would be better advised to approach the concerned authority under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act with respect to specific encroachment on public land.
2. No case in the present instance has been made out for our interference.
3. The writ petition is wholly misconceived andthe same is dismissed.
