The present Petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 17.04.2017 passed by the learned Sub Judge-I, Gaya in Title Suit No. 746 of 2015 whereby and whereunder the application filed under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code') by the respondent no. 3 has been allowed and she was directed to be impleaded as defendant no. 3 in the suit.
