2. The present appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 06.06.2022 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah in N.D.P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018, NCB Case No. 23 of 2018 and Special Case No. 18 of 2018 by which the appellant has been convicted under section 20(b)(ii)C and 23c of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (henceforth for short 'the NDPS Act') and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for ten years and a fine of Rs.
