PATNA, India, April 2 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on March 25:
1. The writ petition is filed for the quashing of the order dated 22.12.2015, passed in Supply Appeal Case No. 24/2015 (Annexure-9), by the Collector, Gopalganj, by which he affirmed the order dated 24.08.2015 (Annexure-7), passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Hathua, and cancelled the PDS license of the petitioner.
2. At this juncture, the Learned counsel for the respondents contended that Section 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 provides for the provision of appeal. Section 32(v) and (vi) read as follows:
