The petitioner is aggrieved with the revised selection list containing the cut-off marks published by the Bihar Technical Service Commission (for short 'the Commission') issued vide Memo No. 3896 dated 20.12.2024 in relation to the selection to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) for filling up the vacant post under the reservation category (35% including women reservation), 60% and 40% for open category and B.H. category respectively in the light of the order dated 04.10.2024 passed by the Apex Court in Shashi Bhushan Prasad Singh v. The State of Bihar and Others [SLP (Civil) No. 7257 of 2023].
