PATNA, India, June 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on June 16:
Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing for sometime, seeks permission to withdraw the present Letters Patent Appeal.
2. Accordingly, the present LPA stands dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the appellant to invoke appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum and in accordance with law.
3. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
