PATNA, India, Feb. 19 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Feb. 14:
A prayer has been made in this writ petition in public interest for not constructing the flyover at Baijnathpur Chowk in the district of Saharsa as it would cause difficulties for the pedestrians, for they would have to travel long distances to reach the destination.
2. An alternative has been suggested by the petitioner that if the flyover be made on the main road, perhaps the purpose would be served and the pedestrians also would not face any difficulty.
