PATNA, India, Sept. 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Aug. 13:
1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
(i) That this writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing/ commanding the respondents to pay compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) on compound interest on account of death of his nephew (Bhanja) sister's son who sustained injury on account of open Electric Wire which was fell down on his body.
(ii). The petitioner further prayed to pass such other order or orders, direction or directions as your Lordships deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
