2. The petitioner superannuated long back in the year 2008. On account of inaction on the part of the respondent University authorities in not extending the retiral benefits and other dues, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing CWJC No. 1464 of 2013. Despite the order passed by the Writ Court, no payment was made; the petitioner filed MJC No. 4917 of 2014 which came to be disposed of vide order dated 20.07.2017.
