2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner on the point of admission and I intend to dispose of the instant petition at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-17, Bhojpur at Ara in Title Appeal No. 15 of 2022 whereby and whereunder the learned appellate court rejected the petition dated 08.02.2024 filed by the petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure for making amendment in the plaint.
