PATNA, India, July 7 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on July 1:
The appellant is aggrieved by the judgment dated 28.03.2023, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CWJC No. 24780 of 2018, by which the arguments made on behalf of the appellant/writ petitioner therein, were not accepted.
2. It appears that against an appointment process for the post of Assistant Professor initiated in 2014, the appellant had applied for the post of Assistant Professor in Economics. He had the qualification of Masters in Rural Economics and had also passed his B.E.T. examination with Rural Economics as his subject.
