Heard Mr. Ranjan Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Rahul Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for O.P. No.2.

The present application has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the order dated 12.12.2023 as passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No.1051 of 2023, whereby the learned jurisdictional Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') against the petitioners.
