2. The present petition preferred to quash the impugned order dated 11.01.2024 passed in Town P.S. Case No. 418 of 2022 (C.I.S. 1484/2023) as passed by learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, whereby and whereunder the learned court has taken cognizance against this petitioner and other family members for the offences under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
