PATNA, India, June 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on June 17:
The instant civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 08.01.2024 passed by learned Munsif-I, Patna Sadar in Eviction Suit No. 23 of 2011, whereby and whereunder the learned trial court has rejected the amendment petition filed under Order 6 Rule 17 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure (in short 'the Code') by the defendants/petitioners.
