PATNA, India, May 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on April 18:
None appears for the petitioner.
2. The matter is of the year 2020.
3. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submitted that 4th respondent made statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. Thereafter, she has joined her husband-5 th respondent. As on the date of the filing of the present writ petition, she was aged about 16 years and as on today, she is major, therefore, it is her choice to join her husband-5th respondent.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
