PATNA, India, May 16 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on May 14:
1. The petitioners have filed the Writ petition for the following reliefs:
"(i) That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs order/orders or direction/directions for setting aside order as contained in letter no. 531 dated 18.03.2017 passed by the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, respondent no. 2, through which it has been ordered to furnish bank guarantee amounting to Rs.5,03,78,072/-, failing which privilege of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled under appropriate steps."
