The present M.J.C. No. 3159 of 2024 is not maintainable against the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in M.J.C. No. 910 of 2021, for the reasons that M.J.C. No. 910 of 2021 was filed by the Chairman of Bihar Staff Selection Commission and Another arising out of L.P.A. No. 249 of 2014. Dismissal of M.J.C. No. 910 of 2021 on 08.04.2024 resultantly confirming the order passed in L.P.A. No. 249 of 2014. If the petitioner is aggrieved by non-compliance of order passed in L.P.A.
