PATNA, India, April 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on April 21:
1.The writ petition is filed for setting aside of the order dated 31.08.2019 passed in Miscellaneous Application (PDS Shop Selection) Case No. 126/2018 by Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Madhepura whereby the PDS license No. 19/2018 of the petitioner was cancelled.
2. At this juncture, the Learned counsel for the respondents contended that Section 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 provides for the provision of revision. Section 32(v) and (vi) read as follows:
