Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 20.01.2022 passed by learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Purnea in CA Case No. 05 of 2021/CIS No. 05 of 2021, whereby and whereunder the learned trial court dismissed the complaint petition bearing Complaint Case No. 1372 of 2019 filed by the petitioner.
