The present MJC/contempt application is filed for noncompliance of the order dated 26.10.2021 passed in CWJC No. 18310 of 2021.

Grievance of the petitioner is that he is an employee of Gaya Municipal Corporation and he is entitled to 1st ACP and 2 nd ACP so also 6th pay commission report (Revision of Pay) and 7 th pay commission report (Revised Pay).
