PATNA, India, May 14 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on May 6:
Both the writ petitions have been heard together and are being disposed off by this common judgment.
2. We have heard Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma and Mr. Rajendra Narain, the learned Senior Advocates for the respective writ petitioners. The State and the respondents have been represented through their respective counsel.
3. The primary concern of the petitioners is that the Notice Inviting Tender No. RWD/MMGSY (AWSESH)/HQ/ET/2024-25/08 is in the form of a global tender which incorporates even smaller works and the natural consequence of floating such large tender is complete exclusion of class II and III contractors from participating in the bid.
