In the instant LPA, the appellants have assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 13.02.2025 passed in CWJC No. 2436 of 2025.

The core issue involved in the present lis is construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in the appellants village, on the other hand official respondents have undertaken to construct the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in Aslempur village. It is contrary to the policy decision of the State Government. Therefore, the matter is required to be interferred insofar as construction and establishment of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan at Tuturkhi.
