Heard the parties.
2. In the present writ application the petitioner prays for the following reliefs:
"(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions commanding and directing the respondents to release the HF Deluxe Vehicle of the petitioner bearing registration No. BR-28R-5562 which has been seized by the police in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No.- 279 of 2023 for offences under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. (ii) For the further issuance of court/direction order as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."
