We have heard Mr. Gaurav Govind, the learned Advocate for the appellant and Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha, the learned Senior Advocate for the respondent/Bank.
2. The appellant stood dismissed after a departmental proceeding initiated against him for having sexually harassed a women officer in the Bank.
3. The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the inquiry report only reveals that the defence of the appellant was not taken into account.
