The petitioner, who was appointed as orderly in the school namely Bal Vikash Vidya Mandir, Bardaha, DistrictMadhubani on 10.05.2013 as contained in Memo No. 3279 issued under the signature of the Secretary of Bihar Sanskirt Shiksha Board, has filed this writ petition for payment of regular pay scale.
