Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Senior Counsel for the State.
2. The present Writ Petition has been filed for setting aside the notice bearing No. 748 dated 13.06.2018, served upon the petitioner, by which the respondent authorities have demanded and directed the petitioner to return the excess payment made in comparison to the nature of the acquired land under the perceptual lease policy under the Bihar Lease Policy, 2014.
