The present quashing petition preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short the "Cr.P.C.") preferred by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 03.03.2025 as passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023, by which a direction has been given for issuance of non-bailable warrant against the petitioner.
