Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the order as contained in Letter No. 1603 dated 28.04.2022 issued under the Signature of the Additional Collector, Gaya directing the petitioner to deposit the salary of two months within 3 days, failing which the same shall be deducted from the gratuity/pension of the petitioner. The impugned order is said to have been issued on objection raised by the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna that the petitioner has been allowed to work more than 42 years contrary to the government directives.
