The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 16.01.2023 passed by learned District Judge, Bhagalpur in Probate Case No. 3 of 2022 whereby and whereunder the petition dated 08.08.2022 filed on behalf of the petitioners under Order 1 Rule 10 (2) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code') for their impleadment as parties in probate case has been rejected.
