PATNA, India, April 21 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on April 18:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner, who was appointed as night watchman in +2 B.L.S. Anugrah Higher Secondary School, Jhajha, Jamui on temporary basis vide an order of appointment dated 12.12.2019, issued by the Headmaster of the aforesaid school, has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 20.09.2022, issued by the In-Charge Principal, +2 B.L.S. Anugrah Higher Secondary School, Jhajha, Jamui, whereby, the petitioner has been removed from the post of night watchman of the aforesaid school.
